You can get $25 off a $50 purchase right now at Spring Hill Nursery. The Thrifty Mama says she’s thinking about this Improved Myer Lemon Dwarf Tree. I can’t help but remember my struggles with my tomato plant last year when I think of my own lemon tree situation. It’s been one year now and I’ve nary a lemon in sight.

Why?

Because it turns out it isn’t a dwarf tree!

Yup.

Three cheers for this green thumb!

The link takes me to the subscription page for Saving Naturally, which I’d subscribed to. How do you get the $25 off $50 at Spring Hill? Thanks!

My experience with Spring Hill -

Last year I order the 3 pack bundle (dwarf lemon, lime, and something else). I ordered it in Febuary. When did it ship – this past December, many months later. The plants were less than 12 in. tall. I did better going to the local nursery and buying a $25 tree that already had lemons growning on it. While they did all eventually fall off (I think I didn’t water enough when it got over 100 degrees here), it was a better deal to me. The Spring Hill trees never gew. Didn’t quite die, but didn’t ever “do” anything either.

Susan – just do a google search. The $25 off $50 should display.
