Do you live on the East coast of the US? You might be interested to know about this fantastic natural foods co-op that could be available in your area!

They offer quarterly co-op deliveries (4 times a year) to many locations.

You simply have to find one near you, sign up and create an account with The Bread Beckers, and then you can begin to place orders and receive discounted shipping rates, as well as discounted product rates!

They have a huge selection of dry goods and natural grocery, and even small appliances (like grain mills). You will find dry beans/peas, whole grains (any kind you can think of), pasta, honey, cultured cheeses, spices, health/beauty and cleaning products, salt, sweeteners, and so much more!

When you visit their site, click on “Co-ops” in the beige box in the center. You will find all the information you need to get started, descriptions of how the co-ops work, where they are, etc.

Don’t Live Near a Co-op Location?

You can also purchase directly from The Bread Beckers and have your orders shipped to you, for those who don’t live in areas where co-ops are available.

I will be posting specials and highlighting more of what The Bread Beckers carry as often as I can, since this is such a wonderful resource for buying whole, natural foods at bulk prices!

  1. Thanks for sharing about this! I haven’t heard of it before. I live in PA and enjoy membership to a Frontier Buying Club and have looked into joining a UNFI buying club. I’ll have to compare this to UNFI to decide which route to take. I am determined to get our grocery budget back to $400 a month eating natural foods!! (yes, this includes toiletries and such too)

I have ordered from Bread Beckers many times and love them. I have ordered lots of grains, dehydrated refried beans, etc. Glad you mentioned them on here and just thought I would give them a praise myself. Oh, and they also have some really neat cookbooks.
