Amazon is bursting with good deals for the natural shopper this weekend!
1) Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, 15-Ounce Tubs (Pack of 2)
are on sale for $13.74. Get another 15% off with Subscribe & Save (and free shipping) to get it for $11.68, or $5.84 per jar!
As always with Subscribe and Save, if you don’t want to automatically repurchase, make sure that you go into the options in Your Account and remove that subscription.
Thanks, Money Saving Mom!
2) I thought for sure that the Back-to-School Sale
would be over by now, but it’s still going. Most items are discounted up to 30% and it includes these items and many more:
- Nature’s Path granola and bars
- EnviroKidz cereal and bars
- Erewhon cereals
- Annie’s pasta and other products
- Kind and Oskri bars
- Plenty of other beverages, snack foods, etc.
3) Lastly, the big diaper sale is over, but you can get 30% off on Seventh Generation diapers and wipes
with Subscribe & Save once again! For example, a case of 4 packages of Size 3 Diapers would come to $27.99, only $6.99 per package.
Have you noticed any other great deals at Amazon lately?

If you haven’t checked out Graham Gardens before, you should! They make wonderful, natural skin care products for the whole family, made of only the best ingredients.
I find their products are already reasonably priced, but they have an incredible sale on right now– EVERYTHING in their store is 50% off! Wow.
Discounts will be taken off automatically at checkout. There’s no indication of when the sale ends, but I would guess that it’s a labor weekend sale, and could be over within the next few days, so if you’re interested act quickly.

There are some new Green Giant coupons available at Coupons.com:
- .40/1 Green Giant 19-24 oz Frozen Bagged Vegetables
- $1/1 Green Giant Stir Fry Frozen Meal Starter
- .60/3 Green Giant Frozen Boxed Vegetables
Though I’m not a fan of getting the bulk of your veggies frozen (fresh is always better), frozen vegetables do retain most of their nutrients so I think that they can have a small place in a healthy, whole foods diet. Plus, they are infinitely better than store canned veggies.
My suggestion is to pick ones that don’t have any sauces or seasonings added. Plain old frozen veggies like peas and green beans can be handy to keep around. Personally, I get bags of organic frozen veggies (corn, peas, and sometimes green beans) for a really good price from Costco, so that’s another option if you shop there.
And please, whatever you do, don’t steam them in the microwave in plastic! Remove them from the package, and cook them in a regular pot of water or fry them in a pan with some good, old-fashioned fat.
